“Raquelle did an excellent job. Took the treadmill apart and cleaned it completely. Troubleshoot and found the issue but alas she explained that the machine was so old that they no longer made the Parts for it. She also checked with an OEM manufacturer who also stated that he did not have the part in stock but could possibly get it in as either a new or used part. Have left my email address with them and they are supposed to let me know if and when they receive the part. Raquelle Was great to work with and I felt very confident with her diagnosis and work quality."
